RECENT WORKS

How inappropriate the terms “modern art” (coined in the 1920’s) and “contemporary art” (of the 1950’s) seem to us now, as if the end of art history had arrived.  Still, we all do live within our personal “present moment” as we move through our lives and work, year after year, and these terms have meaning for us.
Here then are my “Recent” paintings, though we agree in advance they won’t be recent for long.
