Action FiguresConstructivist in nature, the scrapbook albums used cut and glued paper and photos (all painted in trompe-l’oeil), onto which I drew my children’s discarded action figurines. I used fragments and doodles and images and signs, the kinds that people often scribble while distracted on the phone or when fidgety or bored or saddened.
